LedgerLab ("the app") is built with your privacy as its core foundation. We believe that your financial data belongs exclusively to you. This Privacy Policy outlines our commitment to ensuring your information remains secure and private.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect zero data. The app does not collect, transmit, distribute, or share any personal, financial, or usage information whatsoever.

• No Accounts Required: The app operates without any account creation, login, or sign-up process.
• Strictly Offline: The app requests absolutely no device permissions and does not require an internet connection to function.

Local Data Storage

All transactions you record—including amounts, categories, dates, titles, and notes—are stored locally on your device within a secure, private database. Regarding this data:

• It never leaves your device automatically.
• It is never transmitted to us or any third-party services.
• It is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the app's data from your device settings.

Data Portability (CSV Export)

When you utilize the Export as CSV feature, the app generates a file containing your transactions and securely hands it over to your device's native share sheet. You have complete control over where that file goes (e.g., email, cloud storage, local files). We have no access to this exported data.

Children's Privacy

Since the app does not collect any data, it inherently complies with all children's privacy regulations. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy, and the revised version will be published at the same location.
